I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were well equipped with all facilities and the location was great, but the lack of curtains for privacy was a downside. The host was very welcoming and accommodating.
The hotel offers modern rooms with all facilities, a great location, and a very good host. Although the rooms needed a facelift, they were suitable for couples or singles. The service was friendly, despite a bit of initial trouble finding them on arrival. The location is excellent, being close to ski lifts but not ideal for active couples. The dining experience was away from the hotel in an outside restaurant, which was quite poor. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very modern and very clean, accommodating all of our gear, but unfortunately lacked basic amenities like soap and bin bags. The service, while delightful and very helpful at times, fell short when it came to welcoming guests, as we felt blamed for a booking issue. The location had its ups and downs, not as good as expected overall, but unbelievably close to The lift. Dining was a bit inconvenient, as we had to walk to an outside restaurant. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but I was disappointed by the additional 100 Euro cleaning fee for a 2-night stay.
Bergparadies Dorfgastein is a super place to stay when skiing in the Dorfgastein area. The rooms are modern and new, but some may lack privacy due to the gappy blinds. The service is very friendly and helpful, though finding them initially could be a challenge. The location is unbelievable, being under 50 meters to the lift, but not too convenient for active couples. The dining experience is away in an outside restaurant, which might not suit everyone. The facilities are up to date and cater to typical ski resort needs.
Staying at Bergparadies Dorfgastein was a delightful experience with its great location for skiing but lacked privacy due to gaps in the blinds. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering plenty of facilities for skiers.
